4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of ValoMapper, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You can create an account using email/password through Firebase authentication, or alternatively by signing in with Riot Sign-On (RSO). In the latter case a Firebase custom token will be generated for you and used for authentication.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

5.1 Your Content

You may create, upload, and share content through ValoMapper, including but not limited to text, images, drawings, and annotations ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.

5.2 License to ValoMapper

By submitting User Content to ValoMapper, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. This license exists only for as long as you choose to keep your content on ValoMapper.

5.3 Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to upload, post, or share any User Content or engage in any conduct that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Contains offensive, inappropriate, or sexually explicit images or content
• Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights
• Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Impersonates any person or entity
• Interferes with or disrupts the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Uses bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission
• Spams or floods lobbies with content
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

5.4 Content Moderation

While we do not actively monitor all User Content, we reserve the right to review, remove, or modify any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

5.5 Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate, please report it to us at [email protected]. We will review reports and take appropriate action as necessary.

7.1 ValoMapper Property

The Service, including its design, features, functionality, graphics, and code, is owned by ValoMapper and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

7.2 Third-Party Trademarks

VALORANT and all related marks, logos, and imagery are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. ValoMapper is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc. All game content and materials are copyright of their respective owners.

8.1 "AS IS" Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 No Warranty of Accuracy

We make no warranty that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
• User Content or strategies created will be accurate, effective, or suitable for any purpose

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VALOMAPPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content
• The use of any strategies, tactics, or content created through the Service in actual gameplay

8.4 User Responsibility

You acknowledge that ValoMapper is a tool for creating and sharing ideas, and that the effectiveness, accuracy, or success of any strategies created using the Service is not guaranteed. You use any strategies created through ValoMapper at your own risk.

13.1 Billing Provider

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers or card security codes on ValoMapper servers.

13.2 Recurring Billing

ValoMapper Premium subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring monthly or yearly basis (depending on your selected plan) unless you cancel before renewal.

13.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription from your account profile. Unless required otherwise by applicable law, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and access to paid features continues until that period ends.

13.4 Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.

13.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing from time to time. If we change pricing, we will provide reasonable notice before the new price takes effect.

13.6 Failed Payments

If a payment fails or your billing method cannot be charged, we may suspend or remove access to paid features until billing is resolved.

13.7 Free Trial

Eligible accounts may start a 14-day free trial before their first paid subscription. A trial is a one-time offer per account — once claimed it cannot be used again. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the applicable rate unless you cancel before the trial expires. By starting a trial you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the charge upon conversion.

13.8 Stack Plan

The Premium Stack plan is a shared annual subscription that allows one account owner to extend Premium access to up to five additional members (six users total). The account owner is solely responsible for payment. Members may accept or decline invitations and may leave the stack at any time from their profile. If the owner cancels or their subscription lapses, all member access granted through that stack ends immediately. Members do not receive refunds or credits if an owner cancels mid-period. The Stack plan is not eligible for the free trial.

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.2 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
